Technologies
- Use of OmniScan phased array ultrasonic flaw detectors for identifying heterogeneous metal defects;
- Application of digital radiography for inspecting in-service pipelines (without removing insulation or depressurizing), accelerating radiogram acquisition and improving radiographic testing (RT) productivity;
- Deployment of autonomous NDT laboratories mounted on 4×4 vehicles to perform on-site radiation testing;
- Use of video inspection systems with pan-tilt cameras for inspecting pipes with diameters from 60 mm to 600 mm and other hard-to-reach areas.

Company specialists are trained and certified to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) of equipment and materials during construction, installation, repair, reconstruction, and diagnostics. The in-house NDT laboratory of LLC "Vektorstroy" is accredited for the following testing methods: UT, VT, MT, PT, RT, ET, VT, PT. The accreditation scope covers inspection of the following assets:- Steam and hot water boilers (up to 4.0 MPa);
- Pressure vessels operating above 0.07 MPa;
- Steam and hot water pipelines with steam pressure above 0.07 MPa and water temperature exceeding 115°C;
- Gas supply systems (external and internal gas pipelines);
- Lifting equipment (cranes, aerial work platforms, pipelayers, knuckle-boom cranes);

Types of inspection:- Defectoscopic inspection of external coating integrity on newly constructed pipelines prior to backfilling;
- Coating quality assessment of completed pipelines using cathodic polarization;
- Field-based radiographic inspection of pipeline welds;
- On-site radiographic weld testing with immediate fitness-for-purpose evaluation.
Service quality is confirmed by an Accreditation Certificate for non-destructive testing at PJSC "Transneft" facilities.

Our design department provides a full range of engineering services for oil and gas industry facilities:- Field development projects for oil, gas, and gas condensate fields;
- Facilities for oil and gas treatment, processing, and storage (CPF, CCF, BPS, Oil Treating Units, Pump Stations, Modular Oil Treatment Units);
- Linear infrastructure design;

The design team develops complete sets of design and working documentation, including technical re-equipment projects, and provides support through state and non-state expert reviews. Author supervision is also provided. All design activities are licensed and accompanied by the required permits.
