 According to its Charter, the principal activities of LLC “MC “Sheshmaoil” include all activities related to the management of legal entities and the performance, on a fee basis, of the functions of a sole executive body of enterprises and organizations, namely:

• Legal, accounting, tax, and auditing services;
• Consulting on commercial activities and enterprise management;
• Management of financial and industrial groups, holding companies, and individual enterprises and organizations;
• Activities related to personnel selection and workforce recruitment;
• Other activities related to the management of legal entities not prohibited by law.
