From harmony in collaboration—to success in business

JSC "Kondurchaneft"

The oil company JSC "Kondurchaneft" is part of the group of enterprises managed by LLC "MC Sheshmaoil" and has been operating since December 1997.

Over its operational period, the company has produced 1.425 million tonnes of oil. Since field development began, 130 new wells have been drilled, and 52 km of oil and water pipelines have been constructed. Corrosion monitoring is carried out through corrosion control nodes to track internal corrosion rates in pipelines. Pipelines with both internal and external anti-corrosion coatings are used.

The company possesses all necessary production infrastructure, fixed assets, material and technical resources, and qualified personnel.

The company employs 43 people.

Company Goals

One of the key priorities of JSC "Kondurchaneft" is to support stable economic growth and regional development while preserving the environment for future generations through the implementation of innovative oil production technologies.

The company is a major taxpayer, ensuring consistently high contributions to budgets at all levels.

Alongside its production activities, the enterprise carries out social and charitable initiatives in the Nurlatsky Municipal District. Over the past five years alone, it has provided financial and charitable support exceeding 5 million rubles for local events such as Sabantuy, UYAV, Victory Day celebrations, as well as for purchasing office equipment, tools, household supplies, and sports inventory for rural schools. Funds have also been allocated for road repairs, community centers, schools, mosques, and churches.

Areas of Activity

The company develops and operates a field containing hard-to-recover reserves of high-sulfur, high-viscosity oil. Its operational well stock totals 148 wells, including 139 producing wells and 4 injection wells.

The company places special emphasis on environmental safety and the rational use of natural resources in all its operations.

Technologies

The enterprise actively implements new energy-efficient and upgraded equipment in the power supply domain. A key priority is reducing electricity consumption and associated costs. A commercial and technical metering system for electricity has been installed across all company facilities. To date, all sites are equipped with commercial metering nodes for electricity, natural gas, associated petroleum gas, and water.

The company actively implements new technologies to reduce the cost of oil production:
  • R&D and pilot testing of swabbing using winch equipment with electric drive at well No. 8680 (JSC "Kondurchaneft"). Additional oil production of 0.64 tonnes per day was achieved (from 0.9 t/day before application to 1.54 t/day during application);
  • R&D involving cyclic steam stimulation at well No. 8666 to reduce viscosity of oil-water emulsions and enhance reservoir oil recovery;
  • Application of hydraulic fracturing (HF) at wells of the Adelyakovsky oil field (JSC "Kondurchaneft"). As of 2022, this technology has yielded an additional 821.0 tonnes of oil to date.

These measures enable us to maintain the production decline rate on the legacy well stock at just 5–6%, which is an excellent result for our hard-to-recover reserves.

Products

Crude oil compliant with GOST R 8.615-2005.

Achievements

  • Active participation in social projects and community life in the city of Nurlat and Nurlatsky District;
  • Development and implementation of advanced technologies for field development and operation of hard-to-recover reserves, including repair and isolation operations (RIO), near-wellbore stimulation (NWST), hydraulic fracturing (HF), cyclic steam stimulation, RF heating (IVChTA), and CO₂ injection;
  • Introduction of new sand control filters (FSPSh and GPYa) to protect downhole equipment from sand and proppant ingress;
  • Successful deployment of downhole electric screw pumps (DESUs) with EDSS-type motors (developed by LLC MC "Sistema-Service") in wells with highly deviated sections—reducing workovers and extending equipment run life;
  • Use of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) pipe in water injection lines prone to severe corrosion, eliminating corrosion-related failures;
  • Transition in 2013 to integrated well servicing teams with video surveillance systems;
  • Measures to increase transformer loading have reduced reactive load and power losses in distribution networks. Transformer loading factor improved from 0.6 to 0.75, allowing reduction in the number of packaged transformer substations and lowering maintenance costs;
  • The dedicated work of our personnel has been highly recognized by state authorities. Outstanding workers and specialists of JSC "Kondurchaneft" have been awarded medals, departmental honors, honorary industry titles, certificates, and letters of appreciation.

Experience

We are a company with 25 years of operational experience.
